Feng Shui Art

Feng Shui literally means 'wind & water' and seeks to harness 'Chi', an energy that is all around us. In the home good Feng Shui creates harmony & good health and can attract abundance & prosperity.

A 'BAGUA' is overlaid on the plans of the home to determine which areas of our lives are affected by certain locations of the house. The 'BAGUA' consists of 9 zones, each zone relating to a different part of our lives. Each zone is represented by an element, season, type of energy & colours.

Karen Wroe has a keen interest in Feng Shui and has taken to producing some of her artwork based on these principles.

The idea of this catalogue was born during a brief conversation between Karen and Elizabeth Wells of Harmonious Solutions. o who is an accredited member of the Feng Shui Society.

The Artwork in this catalogue was selected by Elizabeth as they symbolise each zone of the 'BAGUA'.

It also contains a selection of auspicious calligraphy that is thought to bring good fortune to people who use them.

The portfolio is also evolving as new artwork is created by Karen.
